It’s water tight so far, and we’ve had record rainfall this week! It’s true to size, but the only issue with it is the neck opening is very big! I have it on the tightest holes and it’s very loose. I’m hoping I can find a way to cinch it up tighter. Otherwise it fits her body well, has kept her warm and dry, and the price was great ??
