I haven't used one yet - it is bigger than I though it would be - yes there were measurements in the listing and yes I did read the listing - I think they will work for the garbage frame I have on my under sink door by tying a know on the top of the sack and folding the top down farther than I had planned. Will choose a smaller garbage sack - 5 or 6 gallons next time. These seem sturdy enough and don't tear easily so the quality of what they are is good, I juar misjudged the size.
